Because War Comes Home...
After three combat tours, and surviving the Battle of Mogadishu, the first Battle of Ramadi and the first Battle of Fallujah; my husband - my partner - my soulmate, Ron, fell deep into depression and solitude. Diagnosed with a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), PTS (Post Traumatic Stress), and a host of physical maladies - Ron considered ending his own life.
The Spiritual War was raging and this was a "No Fail Mission". This is the father of my children and my love. No Fail. Zero casualties acceptable. I am a God fearing woman, and with Him on my side - who could be against us?
