Executive Director

Bruce is the Executive Director for the Stronger Alliance, Pastor for Reflective Life Media, Chaplain for Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable and on the First Responder team for Montgomery County Behavioral Health and Suicide Taskforce.

He serves on the advisory boards/councils of Careforce, Honor Up, Cassidy Joined for Hope, The Salvation Army (Montgomery County) and also helps Irish Angel and Veterans for Child Rescue.

CARLA MCDOUGAL

Founder & CEO

Author, speaker, and film producer, Carla McDougal, is the founder of Reflective Life Ministries, Reflective Media Productions, and the Stronger Alliance. Her true passion for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, shines brightly, whether she is speaking or writing. Carla serves as the Executive Producer for the awarding faith-based film We Are Stronger, which released in 2017. Carla and her husband, Fred, live in the Houston area.
